Seeking Health B-Minus is a complex dietary supplement containing unmethylated forms of the most important B-group vitamins. In the composition of the preparation there are: thiamin (B1) in the form of hydrochloride, sodium phosphate 5’-riboflavin sodium phosphate (B2), niacin (B3) in 50% as inositol hexanicotinate (IHN), pyridoxine (B6) as pyridoxal phosphate, biotin (H, B7) and pantothenic acid in the form of calcium pantothenate.

Thiamin takes part in the functioning and regeneration of the nervous system, carbohydrate metabolism, growth processes, is the component of many enzymatic systems of tissues, stimulates the activity of acetylcholine, works in synergy with thyroxine and insulin, stimulates the secretion of gonadotropins. The need for this vitamin increases with the amount of energy provided to the organism. Apart from this, vitamin B1 demonstrates properties reducing pain symptoms and accelerates wound healing.

Riboflavin (B2) plays an important role in the proper work of the nervous system, blood-forming processes, along with vitamin A it takes part in the proper activity of mucous membranes, respiratory tracts, gastrointestinal tract mucous membrane, epithelium of blood vessels and skin, contributes to the proper functioning of the eyes and is the component of enzymes taking part in oxidation and reduction processes. By active participation in the changes of amino acids, lipids and carbohydrates, it takes part in energy metabolism. According to the available sources, as much as 4% of all known enzymes in the human organism may utilize vitamin B2 or its metabolites in the processes of energy transfer.

Niacin (B3, PP) supports the transformations of energy components, which aim at releasing energy. It takes part in the creation of erythrocytes, decreases toxic effect of various chemical substances and drugs, takes part in regulating cholesterol level in blood, enlarges blood vessels, improves skin blood supply and hair condition and also has positive influence on the whole nervous system and the state of psychological health.

Vitamin B6 takes part in the production of antibodies, thanks to which it influences the growth of immunity of the organism, takes part in the conversion of tryptophan to niacin, thanks to which it increases the level of this vitamin in the organism. Biologically active forms of vitamin B6 (coenzymes) are phosphate derivatives of pyridoxamine and pyridoxal, the main function of which is metabolism of amino acids. This vitamin is also essential for heme synthesis and the production of red cells and hormones (e.g. histamine, serotonin).

Biotin (vitamin B7, H) is the component of biotin-dependent carboxylases and thanks to this it takes part in such processes as: gluconeogenesis, biosynthesis of fatty acids and Krebs cycle. This vitamin is responsible for the proper metabolism of energy macronutrients. Additionally, biotin along with vitamin K takes part in the process of coagulation, supports thyroid functions, the work of perspiratory glands, the function of bone marrow and testicles and it also has considerable influence on the proper condition of skin and hair.

Pantothenic acid in the human organism appears mainly in the form of coenzyme A (CoA), an essential compound in many metabolic processes, especially metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Pantothenic acid is also a part of multienzymatic complex, which catalyzes the synthesis of fatty acids. Moreover, this organic chemical compound takes part in the growth processes of the organism, production of antibodies, hormones and nerve transmitters, heme synthesis, participates in regeneration of skin and mucous membranes, accelerates wound healing and supports growth of hair and nails.

Summing up, Seeking Health B-Minus is a dietary supplement which is ideal for all people who have problems with tolerance of methylated forms of B-group vitamins. The preparation is recommended in order to complement or prevent deficiencies of vitamins soluble in water, which may result both from intestinal disorders of nutrient absorption and irregularities in the composition of the intestinal flora of the digestive system.

The product constitutes perfect diet supplementation for all physically active people, who are prone to the losses of vitamins soluble in water more than other population groups. Exceptionally vital risk groups of B-group vitamin deficiency are also elderly people and those who apply restrictive way of eating, including reducing, elimination and mono-ingredient diets.
