Used regularly, the fiber brings many benefits – positively affects the functioning of the digestive tract, improves digestion, helps to restore the proper rhythm of bowel movements. Furthermore, it acts as a prebiotic, stimulating the multiplication of beneficial intestinal bacteria and reducing the number of pathogenic microorganisms.
