APS Revivarant G is a dietary supplement which improves sleep quality and supports natural production of hormones with anabolic activity. It also affects activity of such neurotransmitters, as dopamine and GABA, stimulating cognitive processes, reducing anxiety and making it easier to fall asleep. In addition, by stimulating growth hormone production, the product supports regeneration and muscle anabolism. It also boosts libido and sexual performance.
GABAergic metabolism regulation
Gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) is the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system (CNS). Its insufficient amounts result in stress, anxiety, sleep disorders and insomnia.
The supplement contains substances that ensure high bioavailability and confirmed effectiveness in increasing the level of GABA in the CNS. These include: B-phenyl-y-aminobutyric acid, Y-aminobutyric acid, Gamma-amino-beta-hydroxybutyric acid and 4-(pyridine-3-carbonyl amino) butanoic acid (Picamilon).
Higher GABA bioavailability in the brain
The transmissibility of the blood-brain barrier for GABA is a very individual matter, but it is known that only part of the gamma-aminobutyric acid present in the bloodstream can cross to the brain. Nitric oxide (NO) is helpful here, as it stimulates secretion of growth hormone and increases permeability of the barrier for GABA.
The supplement contains two forms of arginine (hydrochloride and pyroglutamate), which are precursors for synthesis of nitric oxide. What is more, taking NO boosters before bedtime has a positive effect on sleep structure, because it improves blood circulation in the brain and thus helps to get rid of metabolic products.
Growth hormone secretion
Taking arginine and highly bioavailable forms of gamma-amino butyric acid effectively promotes the nocturnal production of growth hormone (GH), because both of these substances stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete somatropin. GH regulates growth and proliferation of cells (including connective tissues and skeletal muscle bones) and accelerates wound healing. This hormone is secreted mainly during deep sleep phase, which can be prolonged by supplementation of GABA precursors.
Regeneration and support for fat tissue burning
The benefits of elevated levels of somatropin include accelerated tissue regeneration and faster metabolic rate, which is also associated with increased breakdown of fatty acids in adipocytes. High level of GH makes it easier to burn fat tissue, but first and foremost speeds up tissue growth and regeneration. This strengthens collagen structures in tendons and ligaments and accelerates muscle regeneration. New muscle protein synthesis process is also intensified. Together with appropriate caloric surplus, it facilitates process of hypertrophy and ensures fast and efficient development of muscle mass.
The supplement contains also velvet bean (Mucuna pruriens) extract (standardized for 50% L-Dopa) and amino acids (L-tyrosine and phenylalanine), which stimulate dopamine production. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter thanks to which you can experience motivation and desire. It improves concentration and creativity, and is responsible for motor skills and regulation of the sleep-wake cycle.
Testosterone production and libido
Increased level of dopamine affects production of gonadoliberin (GnRH) released from hypothalamus. It stimulates secretion of pituitary hormones. The hormones it secretes (mainly luteinizing hormone) stimulate testosterone production in testes. In addition, dopamine is a strong antagonist of prolactin, which decreases testosterone concentration in blood. This neurotransmitter also regulates sexual functions, such as libido, initiating and keeping up erection or feeling satisfaction after a sexual intercourse.
Apart from stimulating testosterone production, dopamine also stimulates growth hormone secretion. It has an inhibitory effect on the secretion of somatostatin, which inhibits the production of GH in the pituitary gland. Thanks to it, this hormone does not block the production of GH, which is intensified by arginine and gamma-aminobutyric acid.
Addition of vitamin B6
Pyridoxine is essential for production of GABA, dopamine and other neurotransmitters. Its other functions include testosterone synthesis, reduction of anxiety, normalization of sleep-wake cycle. High doses of this vitamin effectively suppress production of prolactin, which, as mentioned, negatively affects production of testosterone.
To sum up, APS Revivarant G is an advanced supplement from the group of GH boosters, whose synergistic active ingredients mechanisms increase the level of growth hormone in many ways. Thanks to this, regeneration and growth processes are much faster, which helps build muscle mass. In addition, the supplement positively affects the secretion of testosterone and improves libido and sexual performance. It also improves the quality of sleep, makes it easier to fall asleep and sleep deep and well, which promotes overnight regeneration and natural production of anabolic hormones.
The product has a sedative effect, therefore take a smaller dose if you use it during the day (to improve mood, libido and concentration).
Do not drink alcohol during supplementation.
Too large dozes may cause nausea, dizziness, diarrhoea or euphoria.
The product contains phenylalanine, therefore it should not be taken by people with phenylketonuria.
APS supplements and nutrients are designed for athletes. Among their products, there are multi-component supplements, which improve the muscle work, increase the strength and endurance, at the same time they add energy, enhance the regeneration, increase anabolism and slow down the catabolism. APS offers also products, which helps to reduce excessive fatty tissue and creatine supplements, which speed up the development of muscle tissue.

L-DOPA - an amino acid, commonly called Levodopa, enantiomer of L-dihydroxyphenylalanine, belonging to the group of catecholamines. It is present in the human organism on the pathway of adrenaline biosynthesis. It is produced from tyrosine and is a precursor for subsequent reactions of compounds produced in this chain - dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline.
Thanks to the ability to cross blood-brain barrier, it is an incredibly effective supplement as for the promotion of cognitive functions and emotional states. It is conducive to the synthesis of dopamine and therefore it promotes its concentration and effectiveness in the organism. In this way, it positively influences the level of motivation and well-being. Due to the presence of dopamine in the extrapyramidal system, where it is responsible for neuromotor coordination, it is used in the therapy of Parkinson’s disease (the etiology of which consists in disturbing the synthesis of this neurotransmitter).
More globally, supplementation with levodopa may be conducive to the synthesis of subsequent catecholamines on the pathway of their biosynthesis, i.e. noradrenaline and final adrenaline. Therefore, it may demonstrate a stimulating effect.
Supplementation with L-DOPA also positively influences the secretion of testosterone and the human growth hormone. Due to its wide effectiveness in the organism, it may be also effectively used in order to promote sexual functions in men.
Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.
Arginine pyroglutamate - a salt of arginine and pyroglutamic acid, a part of the HGH stimulators, increasing the secretion of somatotropin by glands, which results in a faster regeneration of organs and tissues, especially muscle and connective tissues. The components therefore have a positive effect on the production of growth hormone, and slowing down somatostatin activity, blocking its secretion by arginine and increased release of gamma amino butyric acid (GABA). It retains all the characteristics of the individual components of the compound, i.e. increasing the blood supply to muscles and increase in functional capacity (strength and endurance), improving transport of nutrients into muscle cells, accelerating the process of recovery, enhancing their effect (synergy). In the sports supplementation, it is used in conjunction with lysine and ornithine, minerals (zinc, magnesium) and vitamin B6, regardless of the level of training, in the strength, endurance-strength and endurance disciplines.
Dosage: 1-3 g before bedtime (usually in supplements).
Lysine belongs to the group of 9 essential amino acids delivered into the body from outside (with food or as a supplement) .It is a building substance of protein (the muscle protein). It is available in food of animal origin (meat, dairy products) and vegetable (legumes). It plays an important role in many physiological processes (absorption of calcium, production of enzymes, hormones and antibodies), and arginine is a component of supplements that increase the synthesis of growth hormone (HGH stimulators). In the form of hydroxylysine (a component of collagen) recommended for the treatment of sports injuries, and prevention. In the case of stress and excessive physical and psychological overloads, it is recommended due to the function of lowering cortisol levels. Also it applies in medicine, in the treatment of anxiety and herpes. The share of lysine intake of daily doses of amino acids should not exceed 5.1%. Available for purchase at www.muscle-zone.pl.
In the processes of digestion of protein matter, as a result of decarboxylation of lysine, may be converted into cadaverine (biogenic amine) having a strong toxicity.
Dosage: the lack of a well-defined standard daily intake of lysine. The supplementation dosages regularly used: with arginine 500 mg - 2g (before bedtime) pre- and post-workout optionally with other amino acids.
Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.
Phenylalanine (essential amino acid) is provided from the outside with food or synthetic products. Its source are the high-protein foods and supplements, concentrates: protein, amino acid and nutritional supplements for athletes. Precursor of tyrosine, thyroid hormones and neurotransmitters (adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine), phenylethylamines (neuromodulator) and melanin pigments of hair and skin. Essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system. It has analgesic, antidepressant, and is used as an additive to supplements with thermogenic and stimulating action. It is a component of aspartame.
Excess phenylalanine consumed by people with neurological problems, may reduce the availability of other essential amino acid tryptophan of nervous system and consequently lead to a reduction in serotonin and exacerbate the depression.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine) is soluble in the liquid. It participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. By reducing the amount of fat in the blood do not enable deposition of the body. It helps the absorption of magnesium and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It works on the muscle antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory pain in the joints. It acts anti. It provides efficient operation of the brain. It increases energy increasing vigor of a man. The demand for vitamin B6 increases during pregnancy and breast-feeding infants. The natural product is: yeast, eggs, wheat germ, meat (liver), wheat bran, nuts, peanuts peanuts, soybeans. There is a hypothesis that can be synthesized by intestinal bacteria.
Deficiency of vitamin B6 causes abnormal metabolism of proteins, decrease in lymphocytes in the blood, causes a feeling of lethargy and fatigue intensifies.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5 mg daily (increased demand during pregnancy and lactation).
