BeOrganic Moringa BIO is a product that contains organic, ground leaves of oil-bearing moringa. As a valuable addition to the diet, it is an excellent source of vegetable protein, fiber, and precious nutrients.

Moringa oleifera is a small tree naturally found in northwestern India and Pakistan. Virtually all of its parts (fruits, young shoots, leaves, roots) are edible. They are also used for medicinal purposes, and due to the multitude of health-promoting properties, the plant is referred to as the "tree of life".

Moringa leaves are a treasury of nutrients. They are an excellent source of fiber and protein with a very good amino acid profile (high content of BCAAs, lysine, glycine, argininę, and glutamic acid). They also contain valuable omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. What is more, they contain vitamins (A, C, B vitamins, highly bioavailable folates) and minerals (including large amounts of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium).

Many bioactive compounds with medicinal potential have been identified in moringa leaves. They are dominated by flavonoids, which show strong antioxidant activity, as well as glucosinolates and their degradation products – isothiocyanates. The latter is credited with anticarcinogenic properties. Moringa leaves also contain lutein that exerts a positive effect on eyesight and promotes proper vision. Studies have shown that eating moringa leaves helps to improve lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. Consequently, it may help to reduce cholesterol and lower blood sugar. The plant has been also confirmed to show antimicrobial activity. Microbiological studies prove that the compounds found in Moringa leaves inhibit the growth of many pathogenic bacteria and fungi. The researchers also established that the plant has anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

To sum up, BeOrganic Moringa BIO is a great way to enrich your diet with a wide variety of nutrients and bioactive substances. Rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, Moringa oleifera leaves are especially recommended for people who are weak, tired and exposed to nutritional deficiencies.
