WPI (Whey Protein Isolate) containing protein selected from milk in so called. CFM process extending at reduced temperatures to avoid protein denaturation of the active components. WPI contains 36% of beta-lactoglobulin, 20% of alpha-lactoglobulin, 10% immunoglobulins, albumin 5% blood serum, 4% proteose peptones and transferrin, standardized to 90% protein and 90% BCAA concentration and EAA. It has shorter peptide chains providing better digestion and limited quantities of lactose and fat. In the sports supplementation recommended for all sports, with particular emphasis on sports competition of strength, endurance and building the body, due to the composition of the amino acid, digestibility and bioavailability, as a base for carbohydrate-protein supplements, protein bars and meals type MRP, in the period of muscle mass building or fat reduction, available at www.muscle-zone.pl.
Dosage: 30 - 90g / 24h, according to individual needs, during pre- and post-workout
