Recommended intake
Mix the recommended serving in about 125 ml of room temperature water. Wait at least 1 minute to activate the product. Stir again just before drinking.Best consumed on an empty stomach (in the morning after waking up or in the evening before going to bed at least 2 hours after a meal).In case of hypersensitivity to any prebiotic component of the product, extend the activation time to 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolize the prebiotic matrix. Children from 1 to 3 years of age should consume half a serving of the product.
