COMPLAINTS
At MZ-Store, we care about the highest quality of customer service, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you. Any complaints about the purchased products and the course of the order can be submitted in several ways:

When making a complaint notification, please remember that it should contain at least the following data:
Customer designation: first and last name, residential address, email address, telephone number, and Customer number in the case of a Customer registered on our platform.
Order number
Subject of complaint: Product name, product number, and product color and size in case of clothing.
Reason for complaint: Depending on the case, you may also need to send photos of the advertised product. We will kindly ask you to do so.
If you notice a defect in the purchased goods, please send it back to: PARTIM Office PL14258, Cypriana Kamila Norwida 47 Street, 84-240 Reda.We promise to process it promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days of receipt of a complete complaint.
Remember to report the complaint immediately upon receipt of the shipment. We also encourage you to attach a report of damage to the shipment and photos confirming the discrepancy. This will allow us to process your claim quickly and efficiently.
RETURNS
We do not meet your expectations? No problem!
At MZ-Store we focus on complete customer satisfaction, so if for any reason you want to return the purchased goods, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to do so. In accordance with the law, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
In order to exercise your right of return, please inform us of your decision by email to: office@mz-store.pl. Remember that the goods must be sent back immediately to the address: PARTIM Office PL14258, Cypriana Kamila Norwida 47 Street, 84-240 Reda, no later than 14 days from the date of informing us about withdrawal from the contract.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.You must enclose the Return of Goods Form, the original receipt or VAT invoice and the bank account number to which the money is to be refunded.
