SHIPPING RULES

Delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and the method of delivery. Information on availability is shown on the card of each product. In the event that all the products you order have the status "In stock", we ship the goods within 24 hours of placing the order. For orders placed on the weekend or Monday, we ship the goods within 48 hours. Parcels are shipped only on business days. Delivery time depends on the choice of carrier, type of shipment and delivery address.

EXAMPLE: If an order with a three-day shipping time is received on Monday, we will ship it on Thursday at the latest. However, if it was received on Wednesday, then the latest shipping date would be the following Monday. In this case, we assumed that there were no holidays during the week. Holidays falling during the work week are not included in the shipping dates.

POSTING OF PAYMENTS

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery time of the package is extended by the transfer processing time (posting of funds in our account), which usually does not exceed 3 working days. Payments can be made in zlotys to a gold account, in euros to a euro account, in British pounds to a British currency account, and in dollars to a US currency account (at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland). We reserve the right to cancel the order if the payment is not credited to the store's account within 3 working days (counting from the date of placing the order).

In the case of payment made through one of the online payment systems, we send the package after receiving confirmation of the completion of the transaction, which usually takes a few minutes. We have no influence on the timing of this process, it is fully automatic.

PACKAGING

Packing charges are included in the shipping cost. Shipping costs are subject to change due to the weight of the shipment or the quantity ordered. We recommend that you purchase several products in one shopping cart to avoid duplication of shipping costs. We cannot group two separate orders therefore shipping costs are added to each order separately. Please check the quality of the packaging when you receive the shipment, make sure that it has not been damaged during transport.
