1. General Provisions

    1. The loyalty program is operated by MZ-STORE SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office in Reda (84-240) at ul. Cypriana Kamila Norwida 47, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the Gdańsk-Północ District Court in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000877266, with Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5862363341, REGON number: 387876117, BDO number: 000517970, with share capital of 5,000,000.00 PLN, paid in full (hereinafter:“Organizer”) as part of the online store www.mz-store.pl (hereinafter:“Store”).
    2. The Organizer can be contacted by phone at 501537027 and by email at bok@mz-store.pl.
    3. The loyalty program (hereinafter:“Program”) is promotional in nature and is designed to reward customers for making purchases in the Store and for specific activities related to using the Store. The Program is governed by separate terms and conditions distinct from the promotions and discounts offered in the Store.
    4. The Program is not a paid program or a service provided for a fee—participation in it is voluntary and free of charge for all Participants.
    5. The Program is an additional promotional mechanism of the Organizer and operates independently of other promotions, discounts, discount codes, and marketing campaigns available in the Store, unless the terms and conditions of a specific promotion state otherwise.
    6. The rules of the Program are set forth in these terms and conditions (hereinafter:“Terms and Conditions”), which constitute the binding basis for the Program’s operation and define the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the Participants.
    7. Any natural person with full legal capacity may be a Program Participant (hereinafter:“Participant”) who:
7.1. has an active customer account in the Store,
7.2. has read these Terms and Conditions and accepted their provisions.
    8. Enrollment in the Program takes effect upon creating a customer account in the Store and confirming enrollment in the Program by checking the appropriate checkbox and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
    9. Participation in the Program is tied to the customer’s account and may not be transferred to other individuals or accounts.
    10. The Program is valid for an indefinite period, subject to the Organizer’s right to modify, suspend, or terminate it in accordance with the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

    1. Points – units awarded to a Participant in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, which can be redeemed for discounts or other benefits.
    2. Eligible Order – an order that meets the conditions for earning points.

3. Rules for Awarding Points

    1. Points are awarded to a Participant for purchasing products in the Store and for other activities specified by the Organizer, in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Points are calculated solely based on the order value actually paid by the Participant, i.e., after taking into account any discounts, price reductions, discount codes, points redeemed, and other factors that reduce the order value. Delivery costs incurred by the Participant are not converted into reward points.
    3. Points are awarded after the order has been successfully paid for and fulfilled, which is understood to mean its shipment or pickup by the Participant, unless these Terms and Conditions provide otherwise.
    4. For every 1.00 zł (in words: one zloty) gross spent on an eligible order, the Participant receives 1 Point; however, Points are awarded only for full zlotys (i.e., amounts less than one zloty are not counted). If a discount is applied, the number of Points awarded is reduced accordingly by the full zloty value of the discount (fractional zloty amounts are not taken into account).
    5. For selected promotional campaigns, the Organizer may award additional Points, particularly in the form of an increased point conversion rate (e.g., bonus Points for the first order or as part of limited-time promotions). Information about such promotions is published each time in the Store or in promotional materials.
    6. Additional Points awarded as part of a promotion may be combined with other promotions, including discount codes, unless the terms of a given promotional campaign expressly state otherwise.

4. Points are NOT awarded, in particular, when:

    1. A discount code or other form of discount is applied that reduces the order price by 10% or more, unless the terms of the specific promotion expressly state otherwise.
    2. When the order is part of a promotion, special campaign, or offer for which the Organizer has excluded the possibility of combining it with the Loyalty Program. Information about such an exclusion is provided in the description of the specific promotion or offer each time.
    3. If an order was paid for in full or in part using:
        3.1. Points,
3.2. coupons, vouchers, or gift cards,
3.3. promotional credits or other forms of discounts that reduce the order value,
with respect to that portion of the order that was paid for using the means specified in subparagraphs a) through c) above.
    4. With respect to that portion of the order that was paid for using the means specified in point 3 above.
    5. In the case of orders that have not been successfully paid for, have been canceled, not picked up, or returned by the Participant—in such cases, Points are not awarded, and if they have been previously credited, they are subject to cancellation.
    6. In the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, abuse of the Program, or actions contrary to its purpose, in particular those involving the artificial generation of orders or the use of the Program in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

5. Use of Points

    1. Points accumulated by a Participant may be used as a discount when placing subsequent orders in the Store, in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The conversion rate of Points to discount value is determined by the Organizer and published in the Store. The Organizer reserves the right to change this ratio for valid reasons; however, such a change shall not affect Points already accumulated by the Participant in a way that diminishes their value at the time of award.
    3. A Participant may check their current Points balance and the history of Points earned and redeemed at any time by logging into their account in the Store.
    4. Points may be used exclusively within the Participant’s account to which they were assigned and are not redeemable for cash or other monetary equivalents.
    5. Points may not be transferred, assigned, or sold between Participants or to third parties.
    6. Points may be used only within their validity period, as specified in the Terms and Conditions. After this period expires, any unused Points will expire.
    7. The use of Points may be subject to restrictions, in particular regarding:
7.1. the maximum number of Points that can be used per order,
7.2. the inability to combine the discount resulting from Points with certain promotions or discount codes,
7.3. the minimum order value required to use Points—if such conditions are specified by the Organizer.
    8. When placing an order in the shopping cart, the Participant may redeem Points by entering the number of Points in the appropriate field. The system displays the Participant’s current Points balance and the maximum number of Points that can be used for a given order.Detailed rules for using Points, including the available options for their use, are presented each time an order is placed in the Store.
    9. The value of the discount granted under the Program may not reduce the value of the ordered products below 10 PLN (minimum order value after applying the discount). If a Participant attempts to use a number of Points that would reduce the order value below this amount, the discount will be automatically limited to the maximum allowable amount.

6. Validity of Points

    1. Points awarded to a Participant under the Program are valid indefinitely, unless the terms of a specific promotional campaign state otherwise.
    2. After the expiration date referred to above, Points automatically expire and cannot be used or reinstated.
    3. The validity period of Points is calculated individually for each batch of Points, starting from the date they are awarded.
    4. Participants can check the number and expiration date of their accumulated Points at any time in their customer account on the Store’s website.
    5. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, notify the Participant of the impending expiration of Points; however, the absence of such notification does not constitute grounds for extending their validity.

7. Returns and Order Cancellations

    1. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract (return of an order) for which Points were awarded, those Points are subject to cancellation in whole or in part—proportional to the value of the returned products.
    2. In the event of order cancellation, non-payment, failure to pick up the order, or termination of the sales contract for any reason, Points assigned to that order will not be awarded; if they were previously credited, they will be canceled.
    3. If the Points awarded for an order have already been used prior to the return, the Organizer has the right to:
3.1. reduce the Points balance in the Participant’s account, or
3.2. reduce the value of the refunded amount by the equivalent of the Points used.
    4. In the case of a partial return of an order, the number of Points to be canceled is determined proportionally to the value of the returned products relative to the total value of the order.
    5. Points used during the purchase (if any) are refunded by crediting them back to the Participant’s account, provided they have not expired.

8. Complaints

    1. Complaints regarding the Program may be submitted via email to: bok@mz-store.pl.
    2. A complaint should include information enabling the identification of the Participant (e.g., first name, last name, email address associated with the account) and a description of the reported issue.
    3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
    4. The Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint via email to the address associated with the customer account or provided in the complaint.
    5. A complaint may be resolved, in particular, by:
5.1. awarding missing Points or correcting their number,
5.2. restoring Points that were wrongfully canceled,
5.3. explaining the Program’s rules and indicating the reasons why Points were not credited,
5.4. rejecting the complaint—if it is unfounded.
    6. If additional information is needed to complete the complaint, the Organizer may request such information from the Participant—in which case, the deadline for resolving the complaint is calculated from the moment the information is provided.

9. Program Changes

    1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Program’s rules for valid reasons, in particular in the event of:
1.1. changes in legal regulations affecting the operation of the Program,
1.2. the need to adapt the Program to technological or organizational changes,
1.3. changes to the Store’s offerings or the scope of services provided,
1.4. the introduction of new features or modifications to the Program’s operation.
    2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect Participants’ acquired rights, which means that Points awarded before the changes take effect retain their validity and value under the existing rules, unless the change results directly from legal provisions.
    3. Information regarding changes to the Terms and Conditions is published on the Store’s website, and in the event of significant changes, the Organizer may additionally notify Participants via email.
    4. Changes take effect on the date specified by the Organizer, no sooner than 7 days after their publication, unless the obligation to implement the changes results directly from legal provisions and requires a shorter notice period.
    5. A Participant who does not accept the changes has the right to withdraw from the Program before the changes take effect.

10. Withdrawal from the Program

    1. A Participant may withdraw from the Program at any time by deleting their customer account in the Store or by submitting a request to the Organizer through the available contact channels.
    2. Withdrawal from the Program results in the loss of the ability to continue earning and redeeming Points.
    3. Upon withdrawal from the Program, all Points accumulated in the Participant’s account are forfeited and cannot be restored or exchanged for cash or other benefits.
    4. Withdrawal from the Program does not affect the fulfillment of orders placed prior to withdrawal; however, Points associated with such orders will not be awarded and cannot be redeemed.

11. Final Provisions

    1. The Program Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website in a format that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and accessed in the normal course of business.
    2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code and the Store’s Terms and Conditions.
    3. The Loyalty Program constitutes an agreement between the Organizer and the Participant on the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
    4. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on April 20, 2026.
