Recommended intake
Mix 1 serving (2 g) in about 125 ml of room temperature water. Wait at least 1 minute to activate the product, stir again just before drinking. Best consumed on an empty stomach (in the morning after waking up or in the evening before going to bed, at least 2 hours after a meal). In case of hypersensitivity to the prebiotic components of the product, extend the activation time to 30 minutes.
