Recommended intake
Pour 100 ml of water, juice or other beverage into a container. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into the drink and mix thoroughly. The contents of the sachet can also be taken in smaller portions directly into the mouth or added to solid foods (e.g. yogurt, porridge). Consume once a day during a meal.
