LifeBloom Borage Oil is a dietary supplement containing cold-pressed borage seed oil. A source of omega 6 fatty acids: gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA).

Borage seed oil is dominated by unsaturated fatty acids of the omega 6 family. Specifically, this oil contains:
- 35% linoleic acid (LA)
- 20% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)
GLA acid in particular is the trump card of this product. Although it is completely natural and desirable for humans (we produce it ourselves from linoleic acid in certain amounts), it is not common in food.
