Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals H2O Expulsion is an advanced supplement intensifying diuresis, which is reduction of water retention in the organism. The supplement contains a patented mixture of natural herbal ingredients, vitamins and minerals with diuretic and antioxidant properties. It allows to lose a few kilograms quickly and reduce water retention, making it easier to achieve muscle ‘drying’ and separation effect.
The product contains:
Bearberry (Uva Ursi) - standardized for 20% arbutin content. This plant is often used in the treatment of urinary tract infections because it has strong antibacterial properties. In traditional medicine, this plant was used to intensify diuresis and support the treatment of kidney stones.
Common taraxacum (Taraxacum officinale) - has been known for years for its diuretic and bile-producing properties and for lowering blood sugar level. It supports functioning of kidneys and liver, favourably affecting detoxification processes of the body. In addition, it has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and lipid-regulating properties.
Horsetail (Horsetail) - supports the excretion of excess sodium and water from the body. Its effectiveness is comparable with pharmacological agents that increase diuresis. In addition, this plant increases activity of antioxidant enzymes and decreases production of pro-inflammatory molecules, thereby reducing inflammation in the body.
Juniper (Juniper) - effectively stimulates the kidneys to work, thereby increasing the excretion of fluid from the body. In addition, juniper berries are rich in phytochemicals, which are characterized by strong antioxidant properties. Their use positively affects the digestive system and improves skin quality.
Buchu - a plant used in western herbal medicine in case of urinary tract infections and inflammatory states. Its diuretic properties help people with elevated blood pressure, where increased excretion of water and sodium helped to normalize it. Buchu effectively reduces fluid concentration in the body and helps in getting rid of oedema.
Green tea - standardized extract for 98% polyphenols and 45% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Thanks to a small amount of caffeine, it has diuretic, antioxidant properties and gently increases the metabolic rate. Green tea is a natural diuretic and has been extensively used in natural medicine. It is used, for example, to reduce body weight, improve liver function or alleviate inflammation.
L-Tyrosine - a non-protein amino acid necessary for the synthesis of neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, adrenaline or noradrenaline. Dopamine increases the activity of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), which affects the activity of sodium-potassium sucrose, which in turn increases the excretion of water from the urinary tract. In addition, this amino acid is used for the synthesis of thyroid hormones, whose production may be lower during long-term caloric restriction.
Bladderwrack (Thallus) - thanks to the high content of easily absorbable iodine, it supports the functioning of the thyroid, which is responsible for the efficient metabolism of the body. In medicine, the plant was used to reduce excessive body weight, decrease inflammation or improve food digestibility. Polysaccharides contained in this plant accelerate passage of food through intestines, which accelerates defecation and prevents constipation.
Ginger - has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and supports the functioning of the liver, allowing the removal of toxins from the body. In addition, it improves functioning of the digestive tract (including intestinal functions), which allows better absorption of nutrients. What is more, it is a rich source of potassium, which is one of the cations necessary for the functioning of the body.
Ashwagandha - standardized for 1% alkaloids and 1.5% withanolides, is a strong adaptogen that reduces the negative effects of stress on the body. It reduces level of cortisol, whose elevated concentration may result in water retention in the body. It also has nephroprotective properties, prevents damage to kidney cells, and also increases the excretion of water from the body.
Capsimax® - standardized to the exact level of capsaicinoids, including capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and nordihydrocapsaicin. The manufacturer assures that it provides 300,000 Scoville sharpness units (SHU), which proves their exceptionally spicy aftertaste. Capsaicin is known for increasing the metabolic rate and energy expenditure as well as oxidation of fatty acids, which has beneficial effects on the reduction of adipose tissue. Its thermogenic properties help to sweat excess water from the body.
Vitamin B6 - essential for proper functioning of the nervous system, synthesis of neurotransmitters and hormones. It supports the reduction of water retention and helps to maintain hormonal balance. It prevents overproduction of homocysteine, which is a determinant of the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Vitamin B3 - is necessary for synthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), involved in the process of cellular respiration. It allows the production of high-energy compounds, reduces oxidative stress and supports the functioning of mitochondria.
Magnesium - participates in over 300 enzymatic reactions, and its supply effectively tones the nervous system and reduces the level of stress. This element ensures proper muscle contraction and nerve conduction, therefore its proper supply is necessary to maintain fluency of physiological processes.
Potassium - the main intracellular cation that determines normal myocardial contractility and the course of biochemical reactions in cells. It effectively increases the volume of cells, which, together with the reduction of sodium supply, allows you to quickly achieve muscle ‘drying’ and separation effect.
To sum up, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals H2O Expulsion is an advanced herbal supplement increasing excretion of water from the organism. It allows you to quickly and effectively achieve the desired ‘drying’ effect, especially important for people participating in body-building competitions. Abundance of antioxidants supports the excretion of toxic substances from the organism, alleviates inflammatory states and supports liver and kidneys functioning.
It is recommended to begin supplementation about 5 days before the planned top form.
For the first 3 days of supplementation, it is recommended to increase the supply of fluids and reduce it during the following two days.

Dandelion extract – what is it?
Dandelion extract is a plant of diuretic properties, so that it removes excessive water from the body system.
It is a popular plant with yellow flowers, also known as Taraxacum. It is believed to show a wide range of health-promoting properties, which include influence on diuresis, excretion of water excess from the body system. The effects can be caused by high content of potassium or trace amounts of sodium, which promotes water excretion.
It can be also potentially beneficial for the digestive system. It is speculated that dandelion accelerates emptying the stomach and migration of gastric content to the small intestine, so that it gets rid of the unpleasant feeling of remaining food. It can also support liver and pancreas.
Dandelion can be found in diuretic preparations and preparations aiming at fat combustion, available in the offer of muscle-zone.pl

Specific recommended to use preparations of horsetail for women with heavy uterine bleeding and for the elderly in ulcer disease. Herbal preparations available at www.muscle-zone.pl.
Buchu - Bukko birch (Agathosma betulina) - a plant derived from the mountainous areas of South Africa, buchu leaves are diuretic and anti-inflammatory (remove excess water accumulated in the body and help to remove the toxins). Their essential oils have been used as additives for flavoring teas and alcohol. Buchu leaves are a component of thermogenic, slimming and detoxifying supplements.
Green tea extract is a concentrate that contains biologically active compounds: polyphenols (e.g. catechin, in the form of EGCG - epigallocatechin gallate), having antioxidant properties and a small thermogenic potential, modifies the action of testosterone metabolites, DTH. Green tea extract is an ingredient of many sports supplements containing fat burners, having pro-health and vitaminizing effect; also for those with low physical activity as an antioxidant and slimming supplement. Available either as mono-preparations, ready drinks, and above all as an extract.
Dosage: 200-500 mg per day (depending of the content of other active bio-components).
EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) - a compound occurring naturally in the leaves of green tea and sage nutmeg. Powerful antioxidant resulting in removing free radicals out of your body. It has the thermogenic potential (enhanced when combined with other substances including caffeine, capsaicin, etc.), allowing a faster fat reduction. Affects preventively in the side effects of the glandular hypertrophy (prostate) and male pattern baldness. Recommended for those who are active physically and professionally, for the maintenance of body composition and body aesthetics. It is a component of fat burners, allowing for faster slimming.
Dosage: 50-500 mg per day.
Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.
Bladderwrack (lat. Fucus vesiculosus) - sea algae containing 15% mineral salts containing trace amounts of iodine, bromine and sodium, polysaccharides and vitamin B. The active medicinal raw material is thallus algae (Fucus vesiculosus). Preparations of bladderwrack provides a better metabolism, have laxative properties. They are used especially in sets of micronutrients for the elderly and convalescents, they have anti-atherosclerotic effects. Iodine content allows the treatment of hypothyroidism, resulting of the lack of iodine.
Withanolides - biologically active compounds belonging to the group of steroid lactones, occurring in some green plants. In supplementation they are perceived mainly as active substances of Withania somnifera, commonly called Ashwagandha. The percentage content of withanolides in Ashwagandha extracts is considered the indicator of the product’s quality - the higher the content, the more effective the supplement. In non-standardized extracts, the content of withanolides is estimated for 1% of dry muscle mass of Withania somnifera leaves.
Being the main active substances of Ashwagandha, withanolides are responsible for the majority of effects of its application. Regular supplementation with Withania somnifera extracts demonstrates adaptogen effect. It increases the organism’s tolerance to stress factors, holistically promoting the functions of the organism. It may decrease cortisol level in case of its excessively high concentrations, promote cognitive abilities and facilitate concentration. Supplementation with Ashwagandha also supports maintaining proper daily rhythm and is conducive to falling in a deep sleep.
Some sources also indicate that supplementation with Withania somnifera extracts positively influences the level of testosterone in the organism. Current research results indicate, however, that this effects of supplementation may be achieved only in people with initially excessively low secretion of the male sex hormone.
Capsaicin organic compound found in chilli pepper fruits, soothing feeling pain and having thermogenic properties, revealing under the influence of temperature increase (above 42° C) as a result of the release of adrenaline and noradrenaline from the adrenal medulla, while the increase of metabolic processes and intensity of burning fat. It is inadvisable to use capsaicin products containing casein, which causes a delay in the rate of change and can cause discomfort in the upper abdomen. In the sports supplementation capsaicin is used in conjunction with caffeine, polyphenols in green tea in the programs fat reduction and weight control. Also used by people on weight loss diet with the average of physical activity. Preparations available at www.muscle-zone.pl
Dosage: the lack of defined standards of daily consumption
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine) is soluble in the liquid. It participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. By reducing the amount of fat in the blood do not enable deposition of the body. It helps the absorption of magnesium and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It works on the muscle antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory pain in the joints. It acts anti. It provides efficient operation of the brain. It increases energy increasing vigor of a man. The demand for vitamin B6 increases during pregnancy and breast-feeding infants. The natural product is: yeast, eggs, wheat germ, meat (liver), wheat bran, nuts, peanuts peanuts, soybeans. There is a hypothesis that can be synthesized by intestinal bacteria.
Deficiency of vitamin B6 causes abnormal metabolism of proteins, decrease in lymphocytes in the blood, causes a feeling of lethargy and fatigue intensifies.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5 mg daily (increased demand during pregnancy and lactation).
What is pyridoxine hydrochloride?
Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a basic, the most commonly used form of vitamin B6 in supplements and fortified foods. It is a vitamin soluble in water. It converts to the active form of the vitamin - pyridoxal phosphate.
Vitamin B6 is a cofactor in many enzymatic reactions. It takes part in the production of many neurotransmitters, such as GABA, serotonin and catecholamines and it takes part in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and lipids. It is an important factor for the process of the creation of red cells and hemoglobin and its deficit may be one of the factors causing anemia. This vitamin contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and is important for maintaining well-being and good psychological condition. Its presence supports the breakdown of pro-inflammatory homocysteine to cysteine and further metabolites, thanks to which it may decrease the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiological incidents.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride may be found in many vitamin B complexes and vitamin-mineral preparations available in the offer of muscle-zone.pl.

It provides proper functioning of the brain and nervous system. It is helpful in inflammatory conditions of the skin. Required for synthesis of sex hormone, estrogen, testosterone, cortisone, and insulin. It does not lose its properties in the manufacturing and storage. The source of acquiring vitamins PP are both products of animal origin (the lean meat, eggs, fish) and vegetable origin (dates, figs, hazelnuts, plums).
Dosage: 2-12 mg / day for children, 14 mg / day for women, 16 mg / day for men and 17-18 mg / day for pregnant or nursing women.
Magnesium (element from the group of alkaline earth metals, atomic no. 12, a chemical symbol - Mg), one of the most important health microelements, participates in the synthesis process of the disintegration of high energy compounds and processes of transformation of hydrocarbons and fats. It affects the dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure, prevents hypercoagulable state. Shortages affect cardiac arrhythmias, malignant muscle cramps, insomnia and anxiety. It is a component of many dietary supplements and found in foods such as whole grain bread, legumes, buckwheat, rice, fish, meat, as well as chocolate, cocoa and nuts.
Dosage of 100 - 500 mg / day
Potassium and sodium regulate the body's water resources, ensuring normal heart rhythm. Maintaining the proper level of potassium provides the proper oxidation of the brain, lowers blood pressure, increases the permeability of cell membranes (as an antagonist of calcium). It is a base-forming element. It is widely used in sports diet before and after training in the form of supplements, nutrients, vitamin-mineral preparations and minerals, concentrates and ready, isotonic and hypertonic beverages. Natural sources of acquisition of potassium are: vegetable products (bananas, citrus fruits, melons, mint leaves, green vegetables, potatoes) and animal products (sea fish, meat). Potassium is present in the form of organic compounds: citric acids, and fumarates gluconates and inorganic (chlorides, sulfates, oxides and carbonates).
Potassium deficiency (hypokalemia): excessive tiredness, headaches and irritability, problems with sleeping, muscle cramps, constipation. Potassium levels may drop sharply in the event of a reduction in blood sugar levels, prolonged starvation, severe diarrhea. They can occur when too much of strong coffee is consumed, with alcohol abuse and when eating too much sweets.
The excess of potassium (hyperkalemia) is often the cause of depression, hypotension, tingling in the extremities.
Chlorine (chemical element from the group of halogens) - in the natural form of gas it is poisonous and water-soluble (until recently used as a disinfectant in the water supply system, now replaced by fluorination). It is chemically active element. It is used in the form of sodium chloride (NaCl) and potassium (KCl). It participates in the process of digestion and maintains acid-base balance in the body, removes toxic products of metabolism in the liver (antitoxin). Natural source of chlorine for the body is salt and bladderwrack.
Chlorine deficiency can occur due to excessive sweating, vomiting, causing digestive tract problems. It also causes loss of hair and teeth.
Excess chlorine, for example. Drink excessive amounts of chlorinated water, destroys bacterial flora and vitamin E.
