Diindolylmethane (DIM) is an organic chemical compound that is formed in the body from indole-3-carbinol (I3C) – a substance found in broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kale and other cruciferous vegetables. It shows many health-promoting properties and has a very beneficial effect on the body, especially the woman’s.

DIM is mainly used to restore homeostasis in the hormonal system. The compound improves estrogen metabolism and reduces the level of the so-called "bad" estrogens, among which, there are mainly 4-hydroxyestrone and 16-hydroxy estradiol. Both show a carcinogenic effect and are responsible for the majority of unfavorable symptoms of estrogen dominance. Study results suggest that DIM may reduce the risk of developing hormone-dependent cancers, which include breast cancer, endometrial and cervical cancer. Supplements containing DIM are ideal for people struggling with the problem of estrogen dominance. They are also recommended for women who experience unfavorable symptoms of menopause.

Our store includes a wide selection of supplements containing DIM. Both mono-preparations and formulas combining DIM with other synergistically acting compounds are available. We offer both traditional forms of capsules as well as innovative, highly bioavailable nanoemulsions.
