Very good. I combine one capsule with 200mg 5-htp, 1000mg NAC and 600mg EGCG in the morning and I get a good well being feeling, however be careful because it is a 99 % extract. I took 2 of these capsules and became nauseous and vomited several times within 20 minutes. You need to find something to combine with l-dopa that minimizes the peripheral metabolism in your body, otherwise you may feel these adverse side effects like I just did.
