Creatine is a pharmaceutically, maximally micronized form of creatine, in the form of creatine monohydrate, a precursor of creatine phosphate, one of the most effective permitted anabolic and ergogenic supplements. Phosphocreatine is one of the most important substances that controls cellular processes of protein synthesis and contraction of muscle fibres, making activation (phosphorylation) by phosphate radicals generated in the mitochondria of the cell (as a result of burning), operating in the ribosomes (anabolic) and in muscle fibres (ergogenic). Micronized creatine monohydrate crystals improved solubility of externally supplied creatine. The degree of grinding is determined by the amount of mesh sieve which is filtering the substance (in this case is 200 mesh). The supplement is applied in the morning and after workout (or, in the case skipping the workout, at similar time and dose).
Dosage: 6-12 capsules a day, according to individual needs.
