Kava Kava – A miracle of nature!

What is Kava Kava?

It’s a product also known as Metistine Pepper, a substance that has a calming effect and is anxiolytic. Consequently, many specialists recommend the use of kava for relieving anxiety and insomnia.

It’s noteworthy that it has an anti-aggressive and muscle-relaxing action, so that the relaxation induced by the product is compared with the drinking of alcohol without the negative aspects of alcohol consumption.

Its exceptional action will also work for such ailments and illnesses as insomnia or the initial stages of depression.

Kava has demonstrated synergism and safety in combination with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including the use of estrogen and progestogens.

In conclusion, Kava has many pro-health, antitumor, diuretic, diastolic, antimicrobial, antifungal and antiprotozoal properties, including the effective inhibition of Candida and Aspergillus. It’s worth using in the evening, due to the light sedative effect. Be careful not to exceed the recommended dosage - it may cause nausea or allergic reactions.
