Apollos’s Hegemony Alphamind is a supplement that supports adipose tissue reduction intended for the most demanding users. Thanks to the fact that active components, famous for their efficacy, were adjusted to their optimal proportions, the product is able to stimulate the organism maximally to burn excess fat.
The blend contains only substances with documented strong activity that helps to reduce adipose tissue in many ways. There is no room for randomness here. The preparation also contains no components that work only seemingly, for example through excessive stimulation. The supplement is directed at factual mechanisms that take part in the process of weight loss and at supporting the functions weakened by intensive training and a strict diet that accompany it.
The supplement contains:
Caffeine anhydrous – currently the most commonly used stimulant, present in coffee, tea, and yerba mate. It owes its efficacy to two separate mechanisms of activity. The first one consists in its antagonism to adenosine receptors, which are responsible for informing the brain about increasing metabolic stress in the organism. By binding with them, caffeine prevents the reactions that are supposed to slow down the functioning of the organism in order to reduce strain. When it comes to adipose tissue reduction, the mechanism prevents a decrease in metabolism.
The second main mechanism of activity of caffeine is competitive inhibition for cAMP-phosphodiesterase. That way, caffeine increases the concentration of cyclic adenosine monophosphate in cells. The activity of cAMP supports weight loss by stimulating lipolysis and glycolysis, the breakdown of triglycerides, and by increasing the basal metabolic rate.
Moreover, one of caffeine metabolites, paraxanthine, also plays an important role in reducing adipose tissue. It stimulates lipolysis, that is the process of fat breakdown to its energetically active forms in the organism.
Choline bitartrate – provides choline, which exhibits lipotropic properties, which means that it has the ability to stimulate the transport of fatty acids from the liver. That way, it significantly affects the health of the organ, but it also supports general fat metabolism, which makes it possible for the organism to oxidise fatty acids smoothly and obtain energy from them. Choline supplementation also supports liver detoxification and increases bile production.
Choline is active as an acetylcholine precursor as well. It is a neurotransmitter, and the stimulation of its synthesis is appreciated mainly as a safe way to improve cognitive functions. It helps to reduce adipose tissue in times of high dietary restrictions, when a low calorie supply affects the functioning of the brain and association abilities. Moreover, acetylcholine stimulates the activity of endocrine glands, that way boosting metabolism. It is also a stimulator of noradrenaline synthesis, thanks to which it increases exercise capacity and facilitates adipose tissue reduction, to be more exact – the so-called stubborn fat.
L-Carnitine – a compound considered one of the most popular supporters in adipose tissue reduction because of its efficacy and safety of use. Carnitine constitutes a transporter of long-chain fatty acids and directs them to mitochondria, where they enter the beta-oxidation pathway. Its greatest abundance is found in muscles, thanks to which it helps to obtain energy needed for their functioning from fat. It stimulates lipid metabolism by supporting fat expenditure in energy processes, which is directly connected with the loss of adipose tissue. It has a beneficial effect on health through its ability to regulate the lipid profile.
Inositol – similarly to choline, it has a lipotropic effect by stimulating fat export from the liver, by which it stimulates its metabolism. It is also an element of phosphatidylinositol, which is a precursor of secondary neurotransmitters, which decide on the activity of hormones on a cellular level, including thyreotropin. That way, it stimulates the functioning of the thyroid to synthesise metabolism-boosting hormones, increasing its speed. It also has a beneficial effect on glucose management, increasing insulin sensitivity.
L-Tyrosine – it is active in the organism both as a neurotransmitter and a hormone precursor. In terms of weight loss, its activity regarding thyroid functions is the most important. When on the pathway of thyroxine and triiodothyronine synthesis, it plays an important role in their production. Tyrosine supplementation stimulates their synthesis, which results in metabolism stimulation and increasing the basal metabolic rate.
Moreover, tyrosine is a precursor of dopamine, which significantly modifies nervous system functions. It has a beneficial effect on cognitive functions, motor functions, and the reception of emotional stimuli. It stimulates the mechanisms of motivation and reward, that way motivating to act. In times of a reduced calorie supply, it prevents demotivation to train and mental fatigue.
Leucic acid – also referred to as HICA or L-α-hydroxyisocaproic acid. It is a metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid, leucine. When supplemented, it exhibits the ability to promote anabolism. It is used in times of a slimming diet in order to protect muscle tissue from catabolism. It also exhibits the ability to reduce post-workout delayed onset muscle soreness, commonly called muscle sores. It is also important in terms of weight loss because of its ability to modify glucose management on a cellular level. It increases glucose transport to muscle tissue, limiting its amount in the circulatory system and reducing the risk of directing it to adipose tissue.
Olive oil extract – appreciated for its health-promoting properties. It exhibits antifungal and antimicrobial properties and stimulates immune system functions. It is a strong antioxidant. When it comes to adipose tissue reduction, it is beneficial mainly thanks to its ability to increase insulin sensitivity. It also affects the activity of thyroid hormones, which are responsible for metabolism stimulation. Oleic acid contained in the extract is also an agonist of receptors TGR5, so it exhibits the ability to increase the basal metabolic rate.
Bacopa monnieri extract – affects mainly the mental aspect of losing weight. As an agent with a documented effect on cognitive functions, it prevents drops in intellectual capacity in times of increased physical strain and a reduced calorie supply. It is also active as an adaptogen, increasing the organism’s tolerance to stress and preventing motivation drops. Bacopa monnieri supplementation helps to reduce the level of catabolic cortisol, whose secretion in times of adipose tissue reduction is higher than normal.
Centella – also known as gotu kola, it works in synergy with Bacopa monnieri, stimulating intellectual cognitive functions. It contains triterpenes, which exhibit the ability to regulate neurotransmitter levels. It helps to reduce cortisol levels, preventing its negative effect on metabolism. It also helps to increase blood flow in tissues, which is beneficial for their nutrition and can increase exercise capacity.
Ginkgo biloba – has a beneficial effect on the ability to remember and concentrate, facilitating intellectual processes in states of increased strain. It prevents the loss of concentration and mental capacity drops during adipose tissue reduction. Moreover, it is beneficial for regeneration by exerting a positive effect on sleep quality. It helps to achieve deep sleep and prolongs the REM phase.
Yohimbine – in this supplement, it is obtained from Rauwolfia serpentina. It is one of the most efficient supplements that support adipose tissue reduction, especially active against the so-called stubborn fat, that is the one deposited in the abdomen, hips and thighs. It is an antagonist of alpha-2-adrenergic receptors, which are located the most densely in those areas. By using them to reduce the activity of adenylyl cyclase, it stimulates adipocyte metabolism and exhibits thermogenic properties.
Moreover, yohimbine has a positive effect on appetite. Research demonstrates a smaller sensation of hunger and the desire to cheat on the diet in people who supplement yohimbine preparations. It has a beneficial effect on sexual functions, stimulates sex drive and increases erection.
Methylcobalamin – known as vitamin B12, it constitutes a coenzyme for two extremely important reactions needed for the process of methylation: the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, and the conversion of methylmalonyl-CoA to succinate-CoA. That way, it affects energy processes in the organism, regulating nutrient metabolism. Moreover, it stimulates nervous system functions, enhances cognitive functions, and prevents mood swings and depression.
To sum up, Hades’s Hegemony Alphamind is a complex agent that supports adipose tissue reduction. It maximises the physiological mechanisms that lead to a reduction in body fat, but it also supports exercise capacity and mental functions, which are under great strain during a slimming diet. Thanks to the addition of yohimbine, it constitutes a great preparation for the last stages of a reduction period used to reduce the remaining adipose tissue to the absolute minimum.
Because of the presence of yohimbine in the supplement, the preparation should be taken as much time before or after a meal containing carbohydrates as possible. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach.
After 8 weeks of using the supplement, it is recommended to take a break lasting at least as long as the period of supplementation.

What is methylcobalamin?
Methylcobalamin is a biologically active form of vitamin B12. It is one of the two forms of this vitamin that may be used as cofactors in various reactions. It differs from popular cyanocobalamin in the presence of methyl group instead of cyanide, thanks to which it releases the organism from the need of neutralizing this harmful factor.
The methyl group from methylcobalamin may be transferred to homocysteine, thanks to which it comes back in the form of methionine in order to be further converted to SAMe, which is the main donor of methyl groups in our organism. These methyl groups may be then used in the processes of creatine production, in neurotransmitter metabolism and as DNA methylation, thanks to which we achieve proper energy level, better well-being and generally better condition of the organism. B12 is a coenzyme for three enzymes: isomerase, methyltransferase and dehalogenase.
Apart from the influence on the nervous system, the supply of vitamin B12 is also very important for the proper synthesis of red cells as well as hemoglobin and anemia prevention.
Methylcobalamin in mono-supplements and complex vitamin preparations may be found in the offer of muscle-zone.pl.
Choline bitartrate a combination of one molecule of tartaric acid and choline, and in this embodiment is a precursor of acetylcholine (neurotransmitter). The human body is able to intracellular synthesis of choline, using the amino acid and vitamin B12. Because of the possibility of shortages of the above mentioned substances, it is necessary to supplement them with supplementation. Choline is a component of lecithin, which is the building substance of cells conditioning the proper functioning of the nervous system, and sphingomyelin, acting as an insulator of nerve tissue. Bitartrate affects the course of fat metabolism. In the sports supplementation of choline, bitartrate is used in the stimulating supplements,, affecting concentration and programs of weight control (fat reduction).
Dosage: 1-3 grams per day.
Inositol is an organic compound from the group of B vitamins soluble in fluids, present in the natural or synthetic form, synthesized in plants, such as brewer's yeast, beans, grapefruit, cabbage, sprout of wheat, melons and animal (liver). Along with choline is included in the lecithin. It affects the cell nutrition of the central nervous system (brain) by reducing the level of LDL (bad cholesterol), this makes it applicable in treatment of Alzheimer's disease and atherosclerosis. It has a calming effect. There has been a beneficial effect of inositol on the skin and hair reported.
Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.
