Peanut butters

Peanut butter has come into our supplementation market from American cuisine and instantly became very popular. It is ideally suited as a spread for sandwiches, pancakes, omelets and as a component of home baked goods. It is tasty and healthy. Peanut butter is a great way to increase the amount of nuts in the diet. It must be remembered that nuts, despite their high-calorie content, have a very high nutritional value and should be consumed regularly.

Classic peanut butter is made from peanuts. There are also kinds of butter produced from other types of nuts, e.g. cashews or almonds. They are a great source of healthy fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and thus have a beneficial effect on the human body.

Unfortunately, the majority of the products available on the market, in addition to nuts, contain hydrogenated vegetable oils, sugar, salt or other undesirable additives. They negate the pro-health properties of nuts and unnecessarily raise the energy value of the already high-caloric product.

Peanut butters offered in this category are free of harmful palm oil, sugar, and unnecessary fillers. Pure peanut butter contains only nuts, whereas flavored ones have been designed with healthy and valuable additives such as honey, xylitol, cacao.
